- Hostel accommodation is compulsory for every M.B.B.S. student of the Institute.
- The student is free to choose either the Non-AC hostel or the AC hostel — both are allotted on double occupancy.
- The hostel fee is inclusive of mess charges for three meals a day; no separate mess bill is raised.
- Separate blocks are maintained for boys and girls, with 24×7 security, warden supervision and biometric entry.
- Rooms are allotted on the basis of the completed Hostel Allotment Form — download it from the Download Forms & Formats page.
How to Pay

| Demand Draft | Drawn in favour of “Kalpanath Rai Institute of Medical Science”, payable at Mau (U.P.). Write the student’s name, course and mobile number on the reverse. |
- Bank account number, IFSC and the UPI ID are printed on the official fee-structure letter — download it below or collect it from the Accounts Office.
- A numbered receipt is issued for every payment, in every mode. Insist on it and preserve it — it is required for income-tax, education-loan and reimbursement purposes.
- Never pay any amount to an individual, agent or consultant. KRIMS has appointed no admission agent. Verify every account detail with the Accounts Office before transferring.
Important Points
- Hostel accommodation is compulsory for every M.B.B.S. student. The student chooses either the Non-AC or the AC hostel; both are on double occupancy and both include mess charges.
- Tuition fee is charged for the 4½ academic years. No tuition fee is charged during the internship year.
- The security fee / caution money is a one-time deposit and is refunded in full on completion of the course, after clearance of no-dues.
- Fees are accepted in cash at the Accounts Office, or by NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI to the official Institute bank account, or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Kalpanath Rai Institute of Medical Science”, payable at Mau (U.P.).
- No fee other than the five heads listed above is charged by the Institute. KRIMS does not accept any donation or capitation amount in any form. Report any such demand to the Principal / Dean.
- All amounts shown are provisional and remain subject to revision by the State Fee Fixation / Regulatory Committee, Government of Uttar Pradesh. In the event of a difference, the Committee’s notified fee shall prevail and the balance shall be adjusted.
- Admission is confirmed only on allotment through NEET-UG merit and DGME, U.P. counselling, and only after formal NMC approval of the M.B.B.S. programme.

Is the fee shown final?
No. It is provisional and remains subject to the notifications of the State Fee Fixation / Regulatory Committee, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Any revision will be published on this page and adjusted accordingly.
Do I have to stay in the hostel?
Yes. Hostel accommodation is compulsory for every M.B.B.S. student. You may choose either the Non-AC hostel at ₹1,73,250 per annum or the AC hostel at ₹2,02,125 per annum. Both are on double occupancy and both include mess charges.
Is there a management or NRI quota at a different fee?
All M.B.B.S. seats at KRIMS are filled through NEET-UG merit and the counselling conducted by DGME, Uttar Pradesh. There is no separate direct-admission channel and no separate fee for it. Anyone offering a “management seat” against payment is not authorised by the Institute. See Admission Process.
Can I pay the fee in cash?
Yes. Cash is accepted at the Accounts Office of the Institute against a numbered receipt. NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, UPI and Demand Draft are also accepted — see How to Pay.
Is any fee charged during the internship year?
No tuition fee is charged during the compulsory rotating internship year.
